Defective DVDs will be replaced, DVDs that are incompatible with players due to region encoding or video format will not be replaced or refunded.

 

In the event that Gil Scrine Films chooses not to ship an item, you will be notified by email and any amount charged to your credit card will be refunded.

 

 

If DVD's or VHS tapes are returned and found not to be faulty or sub standard no refund of replacement tape will be provided.
